Danny Macias is a Senior Manager leading Corporate Infrastructure Security & IT at Segment. Danny has spent most of his career helping hypergrowth companies build IT teams, process, and support compliance efforts and goals. In his current role, he's developing the strategy for protecting corporate assets, infrastructure, and most importantly Segment employees. His strategy directly aligns with Segment's IT strategy as they continue to scale as a company.

Shane Smith
Director of IT, Epic Games

Shane is IT Director for Epic Games and oversees their IT Operations, Security, and SaaS Operations Management. His engineering, network, and enterprise architecture experience spans more than 20 years, with former roles at companies like Take-Two Interactive, Irrational Games, SAS, and Trailblazer Studio.

Lauren Tibbs
Global IT Director

Lauren is the Global Director of IT at KeepTruckin where she supports staffers across the US, Canada, Pakistan, India, and Taiwan.  Her teams are focused on Helpdesk, Project Management, Infrastructure & Security, and supporting the KeepTruckin staff as they grow. She has worked in several different industries, including Payroll, Gaming, Identity Management, Fintech & AI-driven Transportation. She is security-focused and is always trying to raise user awareness about data privacy & safety. Lauren is very passionate about encouraging kids to get into tech early and enjoys mentoring students at work whenever possible.

James Fang
Director of Product Marketing, Okta
James Fang is the Director of Product Marketing for Integration Platforms at Okta. He is responsible for the recent go-to-market launch of Okta Workflows, as well as the expansion and growth of the Okta Integration Network. James previously lead product marketing for Okta Customer Identity. Prior to Okta, James spent over 12 years in various sales engineering leadership roles at Cisco and Agora.io. James holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from UCLA. In his spare time, James enjoys traveling around the world and spending time with his wife and two young children.
Barak Kaufman
CEO & Co-Founder, Intello
